JUNE 4 ELEMENTS IMMERSION

In our June Series, we will explore the elements of Water, Earth, Fire & Air Through Movement.

This 4-week journey will deepen your physical yoga practice and expand your philosophical knowledge around energetic centres (Chakras) associated with each element. Each week, we’ll focus on a different element, its energy and the associated part of the body. These sequences will be a creative blend of movement, stillness, cultivating strength, as well as softness.
No experience needed—perfect for all levels, adjustments and variations will be given.
