The class begins with slow, deep Yin postures, gently preparing the body and mind. This is followed by a challenging, dynamic flow, designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, with advanced options and modifications available to suit individual needs. The practice then transitions back into restorative Yin, allowing for relaxation and release.

Ideal for both beginners looking to build confidence and experienced practitioners seeking depth in their practice, this class encourages mindful movement, strength, and stillness in equal measures.

We’ll begin with a gentle, slow Vinyasa flow to awaken and move the body, followed by Yin postures to deeply release tension from your muscles and fascia.T his class combines steady, controlled movements with breath awareness, meditation, and pranayama, helping you cultivate both physical and mental resilience. Expect to hold postures for longer, activating deep muscle engagement while creating a sense of grounding and inner focus. We’ll finish with a long, restful Savasana to fully relax your entire body — the perfect way to unwind and close your week.
