SLOTH-DRAGON-SLOTH
The class begins with slow, deep Yin postures, gently preparing the body and mind. This is followed by a challenging, dynamic flow, designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, with advanced options and modifications available to suit individual needs. The practice then transitions back into restorative Yin, allowing for relaxation and release.
Ideal for both beginners looking to build confidence and experienced practitioners seeking depth in their practice, this class encourages mindful movement, strength, and stillness in equal measures.
HATHA FLOW
Hatha Yoga is the foundation of strength, stability, and balance. This class combines steady, controlled movements with breath awareness, meditation, and pranayama, helping you cultivate both physical and mental resilience. Expect to hold postures for longer, activating deep muscle engagement while creating a sense of grounding and inner focus. Through mindful movement, breath control, and stillness, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and a calm, centered mind.
